We soaked beef overnight in Bulleit Bourbon whiskey and slow smoked it in a vintage smokehouse with Texas pecan wood for a bold campfire flavor! Each piece is hand cut, hand measured, and inspected so you get nothing but the best darn jerky around! --If you don't like this jerky, well then, we officially give up.
